The legendary Batboat! This is not a boat though as it transforms into a 4 wheel road vehicle. It will not float on water sadly. Still this awesomely detailed and accurate vehicle is a must for all Batman Forever fans!
This is a simple yet cleverly engineered vehicle. Perhaps the most important thing about it is that it's screen accurate and highly detailed.
That cockpit is just waiting for a Skyboard Robin.
The two sides split apart to become the sides of the wheeled vehicle, and no, it will not float, which I think is kind of lame. I would have preferred a real working Batboat over a wheeled vehicle transformer.
Yaaay! Skyboard Robin! Also notice the incredible phallus shape this vehicle has. WTF designers? Or maybe I'm just sick. Aaanyways...
Let's just get this out of the way: This is awful. This is fugly. This is an awful toy. This could have been a lot better if it had just been a BOAT. The sides ALWAYS POP OFF when I try to transform it. It's ugly as sin and useless as it doesn't roll all that well. The transformation is interesting however. Turning the steering handles one way or the other will allow you to access this mode. Slide the clip, separate the sides and voila: a fugly mess is what you get.
It also comes with these rotating spikes that are meant to pop enemy wheels and so forth. I think it looks even worse.
It also fires this lame looking trapezoidal missile. Anyways, I think this is a bad toy, but a cool vehicle because it's highly accurate. The Triple Vehicle Set which I will not be reviewing has a better Batobat that may float, but since I do not have this toy, this hypothesis cannot be tested. I've looked at pictures and it shows promise. Maybe someday... But there you have it. The Batboat. "YOU SUNK MY BATTLESHIP!"
