JLofA came in 1998 I believe and was reused figures from Total Justice + new figures from the cancelled and fabled wave 4 which included Wonder Woman, The Atom, Martian Manhunter, and potentially new sculpts like Zauriel. However, this line had 4-6 Batmen which were repaints/re-tools/rehashes of older figures.
Where have I seen this cape before? Is it a new sculpt or is it from some Legends of Batman figure? I honestly don't know. Feels kinda new.
This figure is a repaint and re-tool of the TJ Batman figure. The differences lay in the coloring and the fact that it doesn't have that weird cape, but the holes are intact. Weird huh?

The other figures in this line are Batman (black) which is a repaint of the TJ Batman and DOES come with the swingy wings, Caped Crusader Batman which is the same figure but with a different cape and with the arms of some Batman and Robin figure, one or two Hologram Batmen that came in 5 packs, and Dark Knight Batman.
Oh yeah, and I forgot to mention the following: They all come with bases that spell out JLA and have a little spot on the back where you can slide a cutout card from the package. I may or may not have that anymore.
